Terms of Service

Use of Haysstack
Haysstack is intended to help associations manage members, units, roles, dues, meetings, and official communication. You agree to use the service only for lawful association administration and to provide accurate information when registering or inviting members.
Coordinator responsibilities
Association coordinators are responsible for the records they upload, the roles they assign, and the notices they send. Coordinators should only invite people who are valid members or authorized administrators of their association.
Member access
Members may use Haysstack to view their association information, receive notices, and complete supported actions such as dues payment or attendance confirmation. Member access may depend on the association settings managed by coordinators.
Payments
Where dues or other payments are enabled, payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Haysstack may display payment status, references, and settlement records for association administration.
Pilot availability
The current pilot may change as features are tested with selected associations. We may update, pause, or limit parts of the service while improving reliability, onboarding, and compliance.
