Information we collect

Haysstack may collect account details, contact information, association membership records, role assignments, unit information, meeting activity, dues status, and support messages submitted during onboarding or product use.

How we use information

We use information to create association records, invite members, manage roles, support dues workflows, send official notices, improve the product, and protect accounts from misuse.

Coordinator-managed records

Some member information is provided or maintained by association coordinators. Coordinators should make sure they have a valid reason to upload or manage member records in Haysstack.

Sharing and processors

We may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, communication, verification, analytics, or payments. We do not sell member lists.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect association data and keep it only for as long as needed for the pilot, legal requirements, security, and association administration.

Your choices

You may request correction or removal of your personal information through your association coordinator or through the Haysstack support channel provided during onboarding.
